I just wrapped up day 3 of filming workout programs for my fitplan!! Today, we went around NYC with such a hard working film crew. I cannot wait for you guys to see the new programs! They are going to kick your butt since they sure kicked mine 💪 Remember tomorrow is a new week and it’s never too late to get started on your fitness journey.
