For those who asked me for a Treadmill workout.. Here you go!! :) Step 1 – Warm up 5 minutes (Walk or Jog)
Step 2 – Speed 3.5 Incline 12 (2 minutes - WALK)
Step 3 – Speed 5.0 Incline 6 (3 minutes - JOG)
Step 4 – Speed 3.5 Incline 15 (2 minutes - WALK)
Step 5 – Speed 6.0  Incline 3 (1 minute - RUN)
Step 6 – Repeat 2x then cool down and stretch!
